BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking a service, event, or appearance with Christine Ierardi, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed agreement. All communications will be conducted via the email provided at checkout or through direct agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. Payment plans are available on select offers and must be completed on time.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Client-Initiated Cancellation: No refunds will be issued. In some cases, credit may be applied toward a future service at Christine’s discretion.Christine-Initiated Cancellation: If Christine needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may request one reschedule with at least 7 days' notice. Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee or be denied.

5. Event Deliverables

If materials, assets, or outlines are part of your engagement, you agree to deliver them within the timeline required for the engagement to be successful.

6. Recording & Usage Rights

By participating in an event or session, you grant Christine Ierardi permission to record or photograph the session, which may be used for marketing or educational purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
